Once we receive your information, a special area on our secure web site will be created for you. Your form(s) will be created along with your secure login area.

As someone uses your secure form, the encrypted information will be temporarily stored on our secure server.
Our server will automatically notify you, and ask you to retrieve it.
You will enter your secure retrieval area, and submit your personal code.
Our server will retrieve the information, and securely display it for you.

Your Secure Area is $16/month, and each secure form is $4/month.
There is no setup charge for programming your secure retrieval area, and non-profit discounts are often available.

DKAT Internet Services ("DKAT"), provides secure form services ("Service") to those (Client) who utilize its Service.
By using the Service, each Client agrees to all of the Terms and Conditions.
By submitting an order, each Client understands and agrees to the entire contents of this webpage.
Each Client hereby indemnifies DKAT against any liability relating to the Service and the Clients use of the Service.
DKAT undertakes no responsibility to review or monitor the contents of any information provided by the Service, including but not limited to information accessed through links to other locations, and by using the Service, Client agrees that DKAT shall have no liability for such contents.
This Service may not be utilized for unwanted E-mail, spamming, offensive, adult, or illegal communications, communications which infringe intellectual property rights, or communications which harrass, intimidate or otherwise violate the rights of others. DKAT reserves the right to block anyone from using this Service.

Coded access is provided to the Client to retrieve form information, therefore, Client is responsible for information retrieval.
All prices are stated in $US Currency.
DKAT may invoice by postal mail or E-mail.
DKAT may invoice fees either quarterly or annually.
Client agrees that any additional web services may be negotiated with DKAT separately.
EACH CLIENT EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE CLIENT'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER DKAT NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES DKAT OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY MATERIALS OR INFORMATION TO BE FOUND ON OR EXCHANGED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
